What is a Quality Retrospective?
A regular meeting
A Quality Retrospective is a 90-minute meeting during which the team reviews the current state of software quality, discusses specific issues, and identifies concrete actions to be taken.
Retros happen regularly, often monthly or quarterly, but sometimes also at other intervals that best fit the team's needs.
Led by a Quality Engineer
A »Quality Engineer« is responsible for preparing, moderating and following-up on the retrospectives.
CQSE's quality engineers take on this role as external facilitators, but also train others to do the job.
